Aonghus is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a vast range of experience in both Ireland and Australia. Having been involved in the practice since a placement year in university he has shown a dedication to hard work and an eye for detail. He has specific expertise in the pre and post contract building and civil sectors with professional hands on approach together with technical know-how.

Technologically advanced in his approach he has been involved in the accurate measurement, costing, management, contract administration & dispute resolution of projects he has delivered additional value to construction projects of up to $1.3 billion.

Using an enthusiastic approach as project leader on a wide variety of construction projects with responsibility for carrying out the quantity surveying, procurement, commercial management and cost control duties Aonghus can add value to a project and deliver a successful outcome for a client and or a contractor.

Tony Callanan

With over 35 years experience in the Industry Tony is one of the most knowledgeable Quantity Surveyors in the West of Ireland. Having worked in the TC Estimating practice as well as in a leading loss assessing practice during this time there is virtually no building or civil construction project or scenario he does not have firsthand experience of. He is highly experienced in contracting and consulting and brings a wealth of on-site experience in construction techniques. With this very high technical construction knowhow ensures that the level of risk a client is asked to absorb mitigated drastically.

Tony has been involved in the delivery of all facets of Quantity Surveying on projects from building to civil and services/utilities ranging from the small to multi million euro projects throughout all of Ireland. He adds value to a broad range of projects, including the provision of services such as client representative, cost and contract management, project procurement, feasibility studies, cost planning, cost auditing, project management, risk assessment, tender documentation and review, negotiation, insurance valuations, claims review and expert witness consultancy.
